We accept Visa and MasterCard.  We use a secure server for your orders and your credit card information is never stored or shared.

We also accept Pay Pal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. All others shipped immediately. Please make payments to Julies Crystal Realm.

If the shipping address is different from the mailing address please specify this information. We ship our product promptly and by priority mail, shipping cost will be $6.00 for purchases under $50.00 and free shipping for purchases over $50.00.  If by any chance the package is damaged in the mailing process please be prompt in notifying the postal service. International customers are always welcome. FREE handling

If you have a question or concern, our phone is 920-748-8856 and we may be reached between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Due to our limited staff, you may be required to leave a message where and when we can return your call when we are free to do so.
